Flat Sawing
Flat Saws are used to cut out trenches or damaged pieces of asphalt or slabs. They create a nice straight edge for contractors to pour or pave back to. We have the capability to saw to a depth of 24".
Electric Slab Sawing-Electric Slab Saws are used for inside cutting. We have saws small enough to take downstairs into a basement and saws big enough to ensure productivity in large commercial jobs.
Soff-cut
Soff-Cut has the only Ultra Early Entry dry-cutting system which controls random cracking through the early timing of the cut. With the Soff-Cut Ultra Early Entry method, control joints are cut within a few hours after the finishing process, and before final set.
Wire Sawing
Wire Saws are specialty tools that we use for a variety of types of applications. We've used them to cut bridge support beams for bridge removal, saw pipes in half and saw off machine bases flush with slabs among the other normal uses.
Wall Sawing
We use Wall Saws to cut out doors, windows, HVAC or any other type of wall openings a contractor may need. We have methods to eliminate over-cuts in corners to create a clean cut appearance. We also have the ability to cut flush with a slab or a perpendicular wall.
Egress Windows—on a daily basis we work with home owners or residential contractors to cut windows for egress for living quarters in basements.
Crawl Spaces—we also cut access openings into foundations to allow for access or ventilation.
Core Drilling
We work a lot with plumbing and electrical contractors to create round holes in walls or slabs so they are able run their pipe or conduit through. We also work with utility contractors to core through manholes and pipes.
Electric Slab Sawing
The electric slab saw is a smaller version of the diesel or gas flat saw. It is used for jobs that require significant cutting depth that a large diesel or gasoline saw cannot reach. Tight areas, or facilities that require zero emission equipment is often where this application is most used.
Floor Grinding
Our grinders are excellent for removing trip hazards in sidewalks or smoothing away a lip caused by uneven adjacent slabs. We have electric grinders to enable to work in doors.
Demolition
We frequently provide removal service for the concrete that we cut. We also perform "soft demolition". Soft demolition is the process of gutting out the inside of buildings for prep for remodel work.
Bollard Installation
Using our core drills we are able to make holes in slabs for installation of bollards or "crash posts". We have performed this task in residential garages to large commercial warehouses and mills.
